3.1 Site tracking

Instead the data will be emailed and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our own SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.
3.3 Newsletter Signup Forms
We love being able to update you on all our news, therefore we have provided areas on this website where you can signup. When you enter your personal information it is sent to our Third Party data processor (MailChimp) and is only accessibly by us. We will never fill your inbox with unwanted emails and will always give you the option to unsubscribe in every email that we send.
3.4 Making a purchase
When you make a purchase on our website, we will require you to provide your personal information. We will never use this information for any other purpose than to process your order and provide you with our products/services. During your checkout an account will be created for you on our website, this is to allow you to track your orders and to assist you in re-ordering again in the future. You can remove your account and all your personal information using our ‘Right to be forgotten’ tool which can be accessed by clicking the link in the bottom right of your screen.
3.5 MAKING A BOOKING
We use a third party service called Bookify to manage our table bookings. Bookify has informed us that they are GDPR compliant. When you make a booking you are providing your personal information to Bookify, however it will only be viewable and accessible to us. If you wish to remove your personal information from Bookify please use our ‘Right to be forgotten’ tool by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of your screen or by contacting us at info@pausecatcafe.com.
4.0 HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you contact us via our contact form or make a purchase on our website we store your personal information on our server. When you make a booking to come and visit us, the personal information you supply is not stored on our website it is store on Bookify’s servers who encrypted technology in order to secure it. Any information that we store we ensure that it is kept securely and utilise SSL connections at all times. You can request to view or remove your personal information by clicking the icon in the bottom right of your screen.

This website is hosted within a UK data centre located just outside London.
